For the first time the Nationwide series was on the BIG track at Indy.
Kahne won the first pole.
The start of the race was questionable on whether Kyle Busch got to the line before Kahne. NASCAR ruled it a legal start.
On lap 4 Kyle Busch leads followed by Hamlin, Kahne, T Dillon and Keselowski
By the competition caution on lap 15 there 5 cars that have already started and parked.
Hamlin is the first off pit road, there was contact between Kurt Busch and Fowler leading to Busch pitting again to fix the damage.
Hamlin to the lead on lap 22 restart.
Keselowski takes over the lead on lap 23 as 3 wide racing behind him gets dicey.

Green flag pit stops start on lap 37.
Lap 40 finds the caution waving as Patrick is in the wall after tapping Sorenson and him coming across her nose.
Hornish Jr was the first off pit road.
Kyle Busch back to the lead on lap 48 restart.
Leaders on lap 50 are Kyle Busch, Keselowski, T Dillon, Logano, Hornish Jr, Hamlin, Kahne, Sadler, Stenhouse Jr and A Dillon.
With 41 to go Kyle Busch has a 2.4 second lead over Keselowski
Debris caution with 37 laps to go
Hornish Jr first off pit road again.
Restart with 33 to go and Hornish Jr takes the lead.
Keselowski to the lead with 29 to go
Caution as Scott bounces off T Dillon damaging Scott’s car.
Keselowski maintains the lead on restart with 22 to go.
Caution for Kyle Busch spinning as he takes it 3 wide but didn’t touch anything.
Restart with 18 to go, Looks like Keselowski spun his tires and Sadler crosses the line first with Dillon pushing him.NASCAR black flags Sadler and he does a pass through penalty.
Keselowski to the lead with 11 laps remaining.
Keselowski and Hornish Jr finish 1-2 giving Penske his first NASCAR win at Indy.
Ty Dillon finished 3rd, what a great run for only his second time in a Nationwide car.
Pastrana beat “the girls” finishing 13th.
Annett wins the Dash for Cash.
Hamlin on the pole for the cup race.
It wasn’t until turn 3 that Hamlin got clear of Edwards for the lead.
Top 5 running on lap 10 are Hamlin, Johnson, Edwards, Kyle Busch and Biffle
Edwards off the pace on lap 13, pits with the hood up and returns to the track 2 laps down.
Lap 25 green flag pit stops start
Johnson the leader on lap 29 as pit stops cycle through.
Top 5 on lap 40 are Johnson, Hamlin, Kyle Busch,Gordon and Biffle
Caution for Kvapil as he scraped the wall after right front tire went down.
Hamlin off pit road first.
Kyle Busch had trouble exiting pit road with black smoke out the exhaust.
Keselowski did not pit.
Johnson the leader on lap 46 restart.
Hamlin had issues with the start.
Bowyer spins on lap 47 after left front tire goes down after contact with Montoya bringing out the caution
Johnson to the lead on lap 52 restart
Kurt Busch pits on lap 70 but crew missed getting all the lug nuts on. This starts the green flag pit cycle.
When stops cycle through Keselowski is the leader.
Keselowski is your leader at the half way point.

Johnson back to the lead on lap 90 when Keselowski pits
Mears caught the wall bringing out the caution.
Smith off pit road first with a 2 tire stop, Keselowski did not pit
Restart lap 101 Keselowski gets loose under Smith allowing Johnson to pass for the lead.
With 48 to go Johnson has 4.49 second lead over Gordon.
Caution for a left front flat for Burton, leaders pit with 34 to go
Biffle the first off pit road.
31 to go restart find Biffle to the lead,
Johnson to the lead with 29 to go
27 laps to go Logano got loose and bounced off Labonte and spun back up in Kenseth.
Johnson back to lead on the restart with 20 to go.
With 10 laps to go Johnson has a 2.22 second lead over Kyle Busch
With 8 laps to go Johnson’s lead is 2.8 seconds
With 6 to go Johnson’s lead is 3.827 seconds
With 4 to go Johnson’s lead is 4.833 seconds
Johnson wins his 4th race at Indy.
With Kenseth’s wreck Earnhardt Jr takes over the point lead.
