Known as one of the best tracks to settle a score or decide who gets to advance on for a championship in an elimination race, the historic 0.526-mile Martinsville Speedway will once again play host to the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs’ Round of 8 elimination race, the Xfinity 500 on Sunday, October 30 at 2 p.m. ET on NBC, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
The NASCAR Xfinity Series wrapped up at Homestead-Miami Speedway last weekend and is now heading into its penultimate race of the season, the Dead On Tools 250 taking place at Martinsville Speedway on Saturday, October 29 at 3 p.m. on NBC, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR radio. The half-mile track located in Virginia has hosted 38 NASCAR Xfinity Series races, producing 24 different race winners and 19 different pole winners. The inaugural Xfinity Series race at Martinsville Speedway was on March 28, 1982 and was won by Sam Ard.

In the chase for the Grandfather Clock trophy on a special night for the entire team in Virginia, Tommy Baldwin Jr. has tabbed Jimmy Blewett to drive the No. 7NY in the season-finale.
MILFORD, Conn. – As a part-time campaign comes to a close on the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour in 2022, Doug Coby and the Mayhew Tools No. 10 team are heading south this Thursday to Martinsville Speedway. Set to compete in the Virginia Is For Racing Lovers 200, Coby will look to add the historic track to his wins list and collect the special Grandfather Clock trophy.
The official European NASCAR series will feature six grand prix weekends for a total of 24 total championship races. The series will also hold two All-Star non-points events this season. The 2023 season will unofficially kick off March 4-5 in Finland, in the breath-taking scenery of frozen lakes, where for the first time in history NASCAR cars will race on ice in the new NASCAR Arctic Ice Race.
