R.J. Marcotte Ready to Elevate Himself to Contender Status in Stafford’s SK Modifieds

(Stafford Springs, CT)—With the dawn of the 2024 racing season at Stafford Speedway fast approaching, SK Modified® driver RJ Marcotte is coming off his first full season of SK racing that saw him collect his first career victory. Marcotte ended the 2023 season in 15^th place in the points standings but the Millville, MA native is hoping to carry the momentum over from his first win last season into the 2024 season where he looks to make his #5 RJ’s Plumbing and Heating Chevrolet a fixture at the front of the SK field.

(Stafford Springs, CT)—For the 2024 racing season at Stafford Speedway, Riley Generators of East Windsor, CT will return as a contingency sponsor for the third consecutive season, offering a weekly $100 bonus to each Limited Late Model feature winner. Riley Generator’s bonus will boost the weekly Limited Late Model feature winner’s purse to $475 and with 21 races on the schedule, Limited Late Model drivers have the opportunity to earn an extra $2,100.

King of the Modifieds at South Boston Up Next For Sadler-Stanley Racing

Sadler-Stanley Racing will return to the track this Sunday for the third race of the SMART Modified Tour season at South Boston Speedway.

Along with the prestige of winning a race on the SMART Modified Tour powered by Pace-O-Matic, this event, titled the King of the Modifieds, is worth $20,000 to win – set to take place on Sunday, March 24. The event was originally scheduled for Saturday, but moved to Sunday due to poor weather forecasts.
