(Stafford Springs, CT)— Stafford Speedway hosted Stafford Weekly Racing on Friday, August 18th with Open Modified cars on hand for the Lincoln Tech Open 80. Taking down feature win on the night were Cory DiMatteo in the SK Modified® feature, Wayne Coury, Jr. in the Late Model feature, George Bessette, Jr. in the SK Light feature, Rich Hammann in the Limited Late Model feature, and Chris Danielczuk was a first time career feature winner in the Street Stock feature after a thrilling final lap. Blake Turns Around Mid-Season Slump with Vermont Tire & Service Win At Thunder Road

Back To School Monster Truck Spectacular Set To Thrill Riverhead Raceway Wednesday Evening August 23rd

Topeka, Kans. – Bob Tasca III of Hope, RI popped open the roof of his Ford Mustang, basking in victory under the Heartland Motorsports Park lights. Tasca scored his second NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series Funny Car Wally in a delayed running of Sunday’s elimination rounds, but the feeling of winning in the final edition at Topeka was instant. After a one-year vacation from the Pine Tree State, the Granite State Pro Stock Series is going back-to-back in Vacationland this summer at Speedway 95.

With July’s Go FAS Racing 100 still fresh in racers’ minds, this weekend’s Coastal Auto Parts 100 is a quick return for the series to the third-mile bullring in Hermon, Maine.
