This weekend, Seekonk Speedway roars back to life with NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Racing Series action — including four divisions — with NASCAR Opening Day on Sunday, May 1 at 2 p.m. As part of the weekend, Saturday, April 30 includes one final test and tune practice session for NASCAR teams and the return of the annual Custom Car Show after a few years off. The event at Lorain Raceway Park in Ohio has been removed in agreement with promoter, Randy Maggio, Jr., from the 2022 schedule, with both management parties giving consideration to reviewing the potential of a date on future schedules. (more…)
