(Stafford Springs, CT)—After finishing second in points with 7 total feature wins the last two seasons in Stafford Speedway’s Street Stock division, Chris Meyer had plans to chase the championship for one last season before moving up to Late Model competition in 2023.  Meyer’s plans have now been accelerated by a year with an opportunity to drive Scott Cook’s #99 Northeast Truck & Off-Road Late Model.

Alexander Pearl Has Sights Set On 2022 SK Light Championship at Stafford

(Stafford Springs, CT)—So close and yet so far.  Those words sum up Alexander Pearl’s last three seasons in Stafford Speedway’s SK Light division.  Pearl finished third in the 2019 standings, 4th in the 2020 standings, and third in last year’s standings, only 4 points behind Derek Debbis and Brian Sullivan, who finished tied.

Woodstock, NH — Current Thunder Road, Thompson Speedway and American-Canadian Tour (ACT) race director Scott Tapley has further stepped up his role in the ACT-Sanctioned landscape as the new Director of Race Day Operations for White Mountain Motorsports Park (WMMP). After years of performing various duties at Connecticut’s Stafford Speedway and New London-Waterford Speedbowl, New York’s Riverhead Raceway, Lee USA Speedway, the Modified Racing Series and the INEX Legends National Championship series, Tapley joined the Thunder Road operational staff last season.
