Barre, VT — Shelburne’s Kaiden “Tropical Storm” Fisher lived up to his nickname at a hot and humid Vermont Tire & Service Night on Friday, August 20. The 13-year-old phenom charged the lead just before halfway in the 50-lap Street Stock Special to win the event for the second straight year. Fisher also unofficially took over the point lead in the RK Miles Street Stock division.

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Open Modified cars returned to Stafford Motor Speedway for their fourth and final visit of the 2021 season on Friday, August 20th for the Lincoln Tech Open 80. NASCAR Cup Series driver Ryan Preece charged his way through the field over the final 31 laps after coming out of the pits during a caution period outside the top-10 to win the Lincoln Tech Open Modified 80. After being idle since 2002, Bill Anderson obtained that great ride — an SK Modified owned by Billy “Bear” Calicchio of Berlin.
