Thompson, CT — The Saturday portion of the 51st Icebreaker at Thompson Speedway is on as scheduled for Saturday, March 29, as is Friday’s planned Practice Day. However, due to continued rain and cold temperatures forecasted for March 30, the entire Sunday schedule of divisions and events have been moved to Saturday, April 5.
The published schedule for both Friday, March 28 and Saturday, March 29 are still a go with an improving forecast. All originally planned events, times and pricing will remain the same for both Friday’s Practice Day and Saturday’s Day #1 of Icebreaker weekend, including the Monaco Modified Icebreaker 75. (more…)

Three freshman drivers currently entered to travel on the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour are ready to visit new-to-them tracks across New England and Quebec, Canada while digging deep to out-duel each other for the coveted Rookie of the Year title! CONCORD, N.C. — Late Model competitor and second-generation driver Taylor Hoar is the first Vermont resident to be selected as a finalist in the prestigious Kulwicki Driver Development Program.
The daughter of eight-time American-Canadian Tour champion Brian Hoar, Taylor also is the first female KDDP finalist since Kate Re in 2022. (more…)

Center Conway, New Hampshire once again leads the fray with defending champion Gabe Brown and two-time champ DJ Shaw once again set to chase the iconic Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour championship trophy. While Brown will again pilot the North Conway Incinerator Service / Bolt Depot Ford Mustang, Shaw’s 2025 plans will look a little different. Shaw will pilot a Dale Shaw Race Cars house car with his familiar #60 and Bar Harbor Bank & Trust livery in 2025 as he sets his sights on championship number three.
