Seekonk, MA — Thirty-seven American-Canadian Tour Late Models packed the pits at Seekonk Speedway on a sunny Saturday to start the month of November. Three rounds of action-packed qualifying whittled the entries to a thirty-car starting field for the Haunted Hundred championship finale event for both the American-Canadian Tour championship and the Brookside Equipment Sales Southern New England Triple Crown. Barre, VT — The third season for the Brookside Equipment Sales Southern New England Triple Crown is set to be one of the most exciting in series’ history. Each earning one win, Tom Carey III and ACT Rookie of the Year Kasey Beattie lead the standings with Carey’s dominant win at the Thompson Sunoco World Series giving him a twenty-point buffer over the young star. Thompson, CT — The Street Stocks got Sunday’s Back to School Bash at Thompson Speedway off to a rip-roaring start with polesitter Austin Flanagan quickly losing the lead under the green flag with an ill-handling machine. Flanagan’s fumble gave Ryan Waterman open range at the front of the pack as Al Stone III and Corey Fanning attempted to reel him in during their 20-lap feature. The lone caution flag flew just before the halfway point as Mike Viens went into the spin cycle in turn one. Although his early lead evaporated in an instant, Ryan Waterman again powered through on the restart to lead the Street Stocks under the checkered flag with Al Stone III and Corey Fanning joining the podium. Barre, VT — Longtime Short Track Racing supporter Brookside Equipment Sales, out of Phillipston, Massachusetts, has signed a two-year deal to become the title sponsor for the American-Canadian Tour Southern New England Triple Crown. After a successful return to end the 2022 season, the 2023 edition features three iconic events at three unique venues with only one driver able to step out as the Brookside Equipment Sales Southern New England Triple Crown champion.
