The Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tigers will headline Nolato Vermont night coming off of four already spectacular events, Thursday’s extra-distance showdown is expected to be just as exciting!
Barre, VT — Terry Pearce and Paige Whittemore brought the rk Miles Street Stocks out of the pit area to lead Cody Chevrolet-Cadillac Night at Thunder Road with their 25-lap main event. The first caution on lap 4 spelled trouble for title hopeful Trevor Jaques while Pearce maintained the lead on the restart over Whittemore and Jamie Davis as title hopefuls Ryan Foster, Dean Switser and Josh Lovely began to breathe down their backs! Through it all, Terry Pearce would earn his second win of the season in style, dominating the Cody Chevrolet-Cadillac trophy dash with Paige Whittemore and Jamie Davis joining him in victory lane. Barre, VT — In true Thunder Road fashion, M&T Bank presented a wild night filled with nostalgic entertainment and modern thrills at the Nation’s Site of Excitement. For the second-consecutive week, a first-time winner has carried on a strong family name to Thunder Road victory lane while high-speed two and three-wide moves wowed the crowd at hand. Barre, VT — On a hot and sticky night high atop Quarry Hill, the Thunder Road faithful returned for another stellar night of side-by-side stock car racing on Cody Chevrolet-Cadillac Night. In the end, Sam Caron grabbed his first Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tiger win of the season but it wasn’t enough to stop Derrick Calkins from taking the Myers Container Service Triple Crown Championship.
