WINCHESTER, N.H. – Doug Coby took the Tommy Baldwin Racing No. 7NY to NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Victory Lane on Saturday evening at Monadnock Speedway. Driving the historic Modified entry, Coby dominated the majority of the second annual Duel at the Dog 200, earning a special bulldog trophy and the right to be called a champion of competition at New Hampshire’s high-banked oval.

Monadnock Speedway opens its gates and grandstands on Saturday for the second Duel at the Dog Weekend, with the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour anchoring an action-packed lidlifter at the Winchester, N.H. oval on Saturday, May 6 and Sunday, May 7.
MILFORD, Conn. – Doug Coby is heading back to Caraway Speedway for the first time in seven years this weekend, looking to bring a trophy back to New England. Coby will drive one of three Tommy Baldwin Racing entries in the North-South Shootout at Caraway – an event that brings the best of the North, and the South, together for one Tour-Type Modified 125-lap main event.
A dream season is nearly complete for Tommy Baldwin Racing on the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour. With three different drivers behind the wheel through the first 14 races of the season, Baldwin’s No. 7NY team leads the Whelen Modified Tour owner’s championship standings by 38 points with just two races remaining.
Justin Bonsignore of Holtsville took the lead with 25-laps remaining in the Eddie Partridge 256 Saturday night and drove off his his ninth career NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour victory. The win is the second in as many WMT races in the month of September for Bonsignore who won the September 3rd event at the Oswego Speedway and the late season hot streak has entrenched Justin into the tussle for the 2022 WMT drivers championship. (Aug. 30, 2022) – NASCAR and Riverhead Raceway today announced the September NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race will now be known as the Eddie Partridge 256 and will feature a format change in tribute to the late Eddie Partridge, the long-time Riverhead Raceway and team owner who passed away last year.
