In the Mayhew Tools No. 7NY, Coby qualified sixth on Friday for the Virginia is For Racing Lovers 150 at Richmond Raceway, but mother nature brought rain, winning the night, and rescheduling the race for Saturday, April 1.

MILFORD, Conn. – Tommy Baldwin Racing (TBR) and Doug Coby Racing jointly announced today that Coby will compete in the 51st annual NAPA Spring Sizzler in April driving the Mayhew Tools 7NY. The historic event, which takes place on April 29-30 at Stafford Motor Speedway in Connecticut, is $20,000 to win and had over 40 cars in the pit area attempting to qualify last season.

Leading the entire first half of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour main event, Coby looked to be in control before the race continued under green all the way until the finish.
