RFK Racing will reprise the No. 99 – a number the organization ran from 1996-2014 – with Corey LaJoie set to drive the Trimble Ford Mustang in the Feb.15 race.
The No. 99 carries a storied legacy within RFK Racing, standing as one of the most successful numbers in the organization’s history. Over a 19-consecutive-season stretch, the No. 99 delivered 40 NASCAR Cup Series victories for RFK Racing. Jeff Burton piloted the No. 99 from 1996 to 2004, earning 17 wins. Kaden Honeycutt Named Driver of Halmar Friesen Racing Truck Series Entry After Watkins Glen
STATESVILLE, NC. (August 5, 2025) – Kaden Honeycutt will fill in for Stewart Friesen for the balance of the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series season in the No. 52 Halmar International Toyota Tundra TRD Pro starting with next weekend’s race at Richmond Raceway.
Friesen was injured while competing in a Super DIRTcar Series race at Canada’s Autrodrome Drummond on Monday, July 28. He was later transferred to a hospital in New York where he continues to make progress after undergoing several surgeries.
Rette Jones Racing to Field Second ASA-STARS Entry for Kole Raz in Red Bud 400
ANDERSON, Ind: Rette Jones Racing confirmed today that Late Model and ARCA Menards Series standout Kole Raz will pilot a second entry in Saturday night’s Red Bud 400 at Anderson (Ind.) Speedway, marking the team’s first multi-car effort in ASA STARS National Tour competition.
Raz, 22, will drive with support from Port City Racecars, a Jones Company, as he joins full-time Rette Jones Racing driver Kyle Steckly, who will continue to wheel the No. 30 Auto Parts Centres Ford Mustang.
