Grenier, Miller Sr., Osborne, Beecher, and Leary Capture Hudson Championships!

Hudson, NH- While the racing season isn’t over yet the points racing season ended this past Sunday on a beautiful fall New England day. While Tyler Leary entered the day with the MacMulkin Chevrolet Sportsman Modified Championship all wrapped up, the same couldn’t be said for the rest of the divisions. Justin Beecher entered the day with a 26-point lead in the Northeast Auto Imports Super Streets; while Callie Osborne had a 10-point lead in the RaceDayTV Ridge Runners, Steve Miller Sr. was 18 points up in the Granite State Indoor Range Six Shooters points standings, and Carlos Grenier had the smallest points lead in the MLM Diagnostic Services Pure Stocks with a 2 point advantage.

First-ever Connecticut event for ARCA as LRP NASCAR event gains even more traction

LAKEVILLE, Conn. (27 September 2024) — Lime Rock Park is thrilled to announce that the ARCA Menards Series will join the highly anticipated NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series weekend slated for June 27-28, 2025, amplifying the excitement for motorsports fans as Lime Rock Park becomes the ultimate destination for stock car racing in the Northeast next summer.

For the first time in the series’ history, Lime Rock Park will host the ARCA Menards Series, which was first formed in 1953. The ARCA Menards Series has a long history of developing rising stars in the sport, but the Lime Rock Park event will mark the first-ever time that the championship has staged a race in Connecticut. Puleo, Gray, Chapman, Hammann, & Hydar Score Sept. 27 Weekly Racing Wins at Stafford; Tyler Chapman Clinches SK Light Track Championship

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted its penultimate Weekly Racing event of the 2024 season on Friday, Sept. 27.  Taking down feature wins on the night were Jon Puleo in the SK Modified® feature, Adam Gray in the Late Model feature, Tyler Chapman in the SK Light feature, Rich Hammann in the Limited Late Model feature, and Travis Hydar in the Street Stock feature.  Champan’s SK Light victory, his ninth of the season, enabled him to clinch the 2024 SK Light track championship.

In the 40-lap SK Modified® feature, Anthony Flannery led the field to green and he took the early lead but the field was only able to complete one lap before the caution flew for Ethan Durocher, who came to a stop on the frontstretch grass with damage to his right front suspension. (more…)

Naples, ME & Barre, VT — Back by popular demand, American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) officials announced today that the Outlaw Open Modified Series will make it’s grand return to Thompson Speedway as part of the Friday night opener to the 62nd Sunoco World Series on October 11th. The $5,000-to-win Dash for Cash will once again feature a $5,000 winner’s share with just a four-tire limit for their 50-lap sprint around the 0.625-mile oval!

With the addition of the Sunoco World Series Dash for Cash on Friday, all three days of the 62n Sunoco World Series of Speedway Racing will feature Tour-type Modified competition.
