WALPOLE, N.H. – After a long and restorative summer break, the Granite State Pro Stock Series (GSPSS) returns to action with a four-week, four-race sprint to the season finale.
The title race begins in earnest this Saturday at Speedway 95, the third-mile in Hermon, Maine, that has served as the GSPSS’ “Vacationland” home over the last few years.
SEEKONK, Mass. — Seekonk Speedway has a packed weekend of excitement planned September 12-13, with drivers continuing their battle for the championship on both Fast Friday and NASCAR Saturday. On top of that, Saturday night is First Responders Night, with free admission for First Responders courtesy of IBEW Local 99, along with the annual Wall of Fame induction. Maine native Ricky Craven will lead the field to green for New England’s only NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs race on Sunday, Sept. 21 at 2 p.m. at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
LOUDON, N.H. – On Sunday, Sept. 21, Ricky Craven, two-time NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) race winner and Newburgh, Maine native, will get behind the wheel of the official Toyota GR Supra pace car as he leads 36 of NASCAR’s best to the green flag for the Mobil 1 301 NCS race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS).
Denny Hamlin won the Cup race at the World Wide Technology Raceway. Joey Logano of Middletown, CT finished fifth with Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT placing 13th.
Conner Zilisch won the Xfinity event. Anthony Alfredo of Ridgewood, CT came in 13th, and Thomas Annunziata of NJ ended up 20th.
