Barre, VT – With the cool air already making its way through the hills and valleys of the Green Mountain State, so too comes the official entry form for the 63rd Vermont Milk Bowl presented by Northfield Savings Bank. Vermont’s greatest racing spectacle returns to Thunder Road Int’l Speedbowl on Sunday, October 5 following the Booth Bros./Hood Milk Qualifying Day on Saturday, October 4. Over $100,000 is available to the Maplefields/Irving Oil Late Model teams during the weekend as these brave drivers contest in the Toughest Short Track Stock Car Race in North America!

Barre, VT — The Thunder Road Speedbowl office in Barre has been buzzing with preparation for the 62nd running of the Vermont Milk Bowl presented by Northfield Savings Bank on October 5th and 6th at the Nation’s Site of Excitement. Over thirty American-Canadian Tour Late Model teams have thrown their respective hats in the running for ‘The Toughest Short Track Stock Car Race in North America’ with an exciting $104,000 purse awaiting the two-day pinnacle of racing in the Green Mountain State!

It all starts with Booth Bros/Hood Milk Bowl Qualifying Day on Saturday, October 5th with the once-a-year Time Trials for the Maplefield/Irving Late Models! Each driver will take on the highbanks for two laps at speed in a fight for the $1,000 Booth Bros/Hood Milk Bowl Pole Award with $500 going to the second-fastest driver to lock in Sunday’s front row! Barre, VT — Thunder Road Officials announced today that Northfield Savings Bank has resigned a new three-year deal that will see the largest Vermont-based financial institution continue to present the nationally recognized Vermont Milk Bowl through 2025.

Massive Field Turns Out for ThunderRoad Practice Day

Barre, VT — A huge field of cars filed through the pits for the Thunder Road Car Show and Practice Day on Saturday, May 1. When all was said and done, 119 drivers across 4 divisions took to the track in preparation for the Community Bank N.A. 150 on FloRacing this Sunday, May 2.
