Dylan Slepian Ends 3-Year Riverhead Raceway Drought With Baldwin, Evans & Jarzombek 77 Victory

Dylan Slepian of Dix Hills ended a three-year dry spell for he and car owner Rob Pelis Saturday night at Riverhead Raceway as he drove to victory in the annual Baldwin, Evans & Jarzombek 77 NASCAR Modified event. Dylan’s winning pass for many was reminiscent of winning passes executed by “Charging” Charlie Jarzombek when Slepian took to the outside lane to take the lead and eventual victory, his first since September of 2022.

Dylan Slepian Scores Third Riverhead Mod Win Of Season

It was wall to wall racing Saturday evening at Riverhead Raceway with nine feature events totaling 270-laps presented before another large turnout. When the dust settled on the 50-lap NASCAR Modified feature Dylan Slepian of Dix Hills sat in the winners circle for the third time this season while in the companion 100-lap Eagle Auto Mall Crate Modified event Michael Berner of Patchogue notched his second win of the season. Dylan Slepian Takes Second Riverhead Raceway Modified Win Of 2022, 170 Cars Pack Pits

Despite being under the weather during the week, Dylan Slepian of Dix Hills felt just fine Saturday at Riverhead Raceway once strapped into his NASCAR Modified. He felt even better at the end of 50-laps after executing a late race outside pass of Jack Handley Jr. of Medford to score his second win of the season.

Dylan Slepian Races To Riverhead Raceway NASCAR Modified Victory Saturday

After going without a win in 2021, Dylan Slepian of Dix Hills quickly found his way back to victory lane at Riverhead Raceway in 2022 when he topped the 50-lap NASCAR Modified feature event Saturday night. The win was the 5th of Dylan’s career. New York Mets pitching star Jacob deGrom took in the action with his family Saturday while he rehabs from injury. (more…)
