(Stafford Springs, CT)—Open Modified cars returned to Stafford Motor Speedway for their third of five visits of the 2023 season on Friday, June 16th for the Casella Waste Open 80. Eric Goodale used a fast pit stop under a caution flag period to vault himself towards the front at the midway point of the Casella Waste Open 80 and he took control of the race in the second half to take the checkered flag. Cas Custom Interiors Joins Stafford Speedway Contingency Program
(Stafford Springs, CT)—New for the 2023 season, the Stafford Motor Speedway Contingency Program welcomes Cas Custom Interiors as a contingency sponsor for both the Limited Late Model and Street Stock divisions. Cas Custom Interiors will provide a weekly bonus of $75 to each third place Limited Late Model feature finisher and a $50 bonus to each Street Stock third place finisher. Cas Custom Interiors is owned and operated by Dean Casagrande, who won the very first Street Stock race ever held at Stafford back in 1993.

Brian Sullivan was the big winner of the night taking down his second win of the 2023 season in the 40-lap SK Light feature event.

Glen Reen Wins Call Before You Dig Open 81 At Stafford Speedway
