DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Add yet another historic victory to Roger Penske’s iconic career of high achievement. Team Penske kicked off its 60th anniversary season Sunday with the overall victory in the 64th Rolex 24 At Daytona – Penske’s third straight win in the world-renowned sports car race. It featured an all-time Rolex 24 record attendance at the Daytona International Speedway road course to kick off the 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season.

Brazilian Felipe Nasr drove the No. 7 Porsche Penske Motorsport Porsche 963 across the finish line 1.569 seconds ahead of Brit Jack Aitken in the No. 31 Cadillac Whelen Cadillac V-Series.R after a particularly spirited battle through the final hour between the two. The No. 24 BMW M Team WRT BMW M Hybrid V8 was third, 21 seconds behind the winner, in the team’s first race running the IMSA BMW GTP program.

In this game, winning races doesn’t always equate to winning championships and Sunday at Thunder Road proved it. Corliss Cashes in for a Three-Peat in Vermont Lottery Governor’s Cup 150

Barre, VT — Even after taking a restful partial season in 2022, three-time ‘King of the Road’ Jason Corliss returned to his roots at Barre’s Thunder Road and once again stood victorious before the large crowd on hand for the 43 Vermont Governor’s Cup presented by the Vermont Lottery. Waterbury Center’s Tanner Woodard and Williamstown’s Josh Lovely also made the thrilling trip to Thunder Road victory lane. (more…)

Corliss Secures Championship Three-Peat on Efficiency VT Night

Barre, VT — Barre’s Jason Corliss officially became a three-time “King of the Road” at Efficiency Vermont Championship Night on Friday, September 17. Corliss finished 10th in the 62-lap weekly racing season finale to secure his third straight Maplewood/Irving Oil Late Model title despite Graniteville’s Christopher Pelkey dominating the event for his third win of the season.
