ACT Tiger Tri-State Series Wraps Up with Vacationland 75 at Oxford Plains on Saturday

Barre, VT — After announcing the return of a true ACT Flying Tiger Tour last November, the 2024 Flying Tiger Tri-State Series comes to an end at Oxford Plains Speedway this Saturday, October 19. After starting off the season twenty-nine strong at North Woodstock, New Hampshire’s White Mountain Motorsports Park back in May and battling in the Cody Chevrolet-Cadillac 100 at Barre, Vermont’s Thunder Road Int’l Speedbowl in August, the Vacationland 75 is calling teams over from the Twin State area to take on the 3/8-mile Maine oval and wrap up the 2024 season in a fun way! Brandon Gray Claims Record-Breaking Seventh Flying Tiger Victory, Clinches Championship on McGee Hyundai of Barre Super Friday!
Barre, VT — The Maplefield/Irving Late Models started off McGee Hyundai of Barre Super Friday with their 50-lap trophy dash to kick start Super Friday’s five division showcase. Outside polesitter Taylor Hoar got off to a sour start, careening into the infield on lap one to bring out the early caution. Chip Grenier put the pedal down to lead the restart on the outside groove over Stephen Martin and set the pace out front. The caution flew once more on lap 16 as Christopher Bedard stacked up the middle of the pack in turn four, sending Jason Corliss hard into the Widowmaker frontstretch wall and ending his night early. ACT Announces New Tri-State Flying Tiger Series
Barre, VT — After several years of continued growth for the famed Flying Tiger division at Thunder Road Int’l Speedbowl and White Mountain Motorsports Park, American-Canadian Tour Officials have announced a new Tri-State Series for the top support division. The Tri-State Flying Tiger Series will visit Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine in its inaugural 2024 season, the first time the Tigers have hit the touring circuit in over a decade. (more…)

Oxford, ME — Seventeen American-Canadian Tour Flying Tigers made the trek across Route 2 to Maine’s Oxford Plains Speedway on Saturday morning, all looking for one last shot at victory lane in the 2023 season. Teamsters from Barre, Vermont’s Thunder Road and North Woodstock, New Hampshire’s White Mountain Motorsports Park took on a different beast on Saturday as they joined the excited Pro All Stars Series (PASS) 400 weekend.
