(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted the Senator’s Cup 50-lap SK Modified® event with Stafford’s Late Model, SK Light, Limited Late Model, and Street Stock divisions also in feature action on Friday, June 23. Michael Christopher, Jr. was the big winner of the night, taking down his first SK Modified® win of the 2023 season in the 50-lap Senator’s Cup feature event.

Johnny Clark Steals 5th Career White Mountain PASS Win on Father’s Day
N. Woodstock, NH — On a cool Sunday afternoon in the Pemigewasset Valley of New Hampshire, Thunder filled the foothills to the tune of the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Models. A special Father’s Day edition of racing at White Mountain Motorsports Park proved just the right medicine after a week of unseasonably constant rain in the Granite State. Cas Custom Interiors Joins Stafford Speedway Contingency Program
(Stafford Springs, CT)—New for the 2023 season, the Stafford Motor Speedway Contingency Program welcomes Cas Custom Interiors as a contingency sponsor for both the Limited Late Model and Street Stock divisions. Cas Custom Interiors will provide a weekly bonus of $75 to each third place Limited Late Model feature finisher and a $50 bonus to each Street Stock third place finisher. Cas Custom Interiors is owned and operated by Dean Casagrande, who won the very first Street Stock race ever held at Stafford back in 1993.

Celebrating the venerable oval’s 64th season of racing, the flathead coupes, vintage modifieds and hard-charging American muscle machines invoke the feeling of years gone by, showcasing a love of racing in Central Vermont that goes all the way back to 1960.

Joel Hodgdon Returns to Thunder Road Victory Lane in Myers Triple Crown Round #1
Barre, VT — Although practice was plagued by raindrops that also pushed back the start time of Friday’s festivities, drivers and officials pushed and completed the Vermont Career Technical Centers and Vermont Agency of Education Night with flying colors at Thunder Road. The annual Friday Night Special was filled with plenty of spills and thrills and the sights and sounds of the ultra-fast New England Supermodified Series was also a stellar sight to behold. (more…)
