Tardif Makes GSPSS History With $10,000 Centre Lavertu Honda 150 Victory

VALLÉE-JONCTION, QUE. – In one form or another, the Granite State Pro Stock Series’ (GSPSS) maiden voyage to Quebec was going to make series history.
But hometown hero Alexendre “Fireball” Tardif made the most of history in Saturday’s Centre Lavertu Honda 150, becoming the first Quebecer to win a GSPSS event in the series’ first-ever event at Autodrome Chaudière.

Brighton, Ontario, Canada – (September 29, 2025) – Cody McPherson (St. Catherines, Ont.) and Dylan Kirkland (Maitland, Ont.) each found victory lane during the annual AppleFest Shootout Weekend at Brighton Speedway. McPherson opened the weekend with his third consecutive Race of Champions 602 Dirt Sportsman Modified Series win on “Apple Eve,” while Kirkland closed it out on Saturday night with his first career Race of Champions and AppleFest Shootout triumph.
Kyle Ellwood Scores Second Riverhead Raceway NASCAR Modified Triumph, John Beatty Jr. Three-Peats As Modified Champion
Kyle Ellwood of Riverhead notched his second NASCAR Modified victory of 2025 when he passed John Beatty Jr. of Merrick with twenty laps remaining in Saturday’s 50-lap feature event at Riverhead Raceway. Beatty would have the last laugh though when he sewed-up his third consecutive NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series Modified championship with his runner-up finish. Beatty joins Charlie Jarzombek (1976-1978) and Don Howe (1993-1995) as the only drivers to earn three Modified championships in succession.
Quinny Welch Takes 10th King of the Mountain Championship to End 2025 White Mountain Season

N. Woodstock, NH — Perfect fall weather made for a fantastic finale to the 2025 season at White Mountain Motorsports Park. Everything started with the second annual King of the Kids challenge for the Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Division. It was a wild finale to the season for the Kids with several drivers forced to drive back to front after getting caught up in cautions. Through it all, young Owen Dupuis took his time to get to the front and never looked back for the win over Gracen Gorham and Cameron Beattie at the finish.
Johnny Clark Stays On Top For Late Race PASS 150 Win Over D.J. Shaw At White Mountain

N. Woodstock, NH — With two features on the finale weekend at White Mountain, the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers started off feature racing on Saturday with Kyle Willis and Todd Derrington duking it out side-by-side. Rookie Derrington took off with the early lead before the lap 9 caution for a stalled Mike Clark. Matt Potter would find himself in the top spot following the restart with top point chaser Luke Peters and Shane Sicard in tow on the inside line. Potter would lose the lead with a spin cycle in turn four to set up a fight between championship hopefuls Sicard and Peters over the final eight laps. It was Shane Sicard who went back-to-back for the win over Peters and Owen Cheney at the line.

Michael Christopher, Jr. was the SK Modified® feature winner, Bryan Narducci won the Late Model feature, Nick Anglace took the SK Light feature, Jeremy Lavoie won the Limited Late Model feature, and Jason Raymond was a first time career winner in the Street Stock feature. The kids big wheel races were won by Levi Aszklar and Maisy Washburn.
