Telcel-Infinitum Partners With Trackhouse, Daniel Suárez For NASCAR’s Historic Race in Mexico City

Mexico City – Trackhouse Racing announced today that Telcel-Infinitum will sponsor the No. 99 Chevrolet driven by Daniel Suárez in the inaugural June 15 NASCAR Cup Series race at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez road course in Mexico City.

The event marks the first points-paying Cup Series race outside the United States since 1958, and for Suárez, it’s a homecoming to his native Mexico.

Beautiful snow-covered mountain peaks loom over Mexico City. Small, colorful taco stands decorate every corner, busy with lunch regulars. The Cup Series will race at storied Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, where NASCAR and track officials have a Tuesday morning news conference to announce the June 15 race, track officials told The Associated Press.
