Taylor Gray has run eight NXS with Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) this season, with a best finish of third in his series debut at Richmond. Gray’s last race with JGR was at Pocono where he earned his second top-five finish of the season. The 19-year-old secured his spot in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) Playoffs last weekend in the regular season finale and will have a chance to compete for the series championship. (more…)

Christopher Bell’s best finish in five NASCAR Cup Series starts at Michigan International Speedway is a trio of 13th-place finishes, including the race last August. Bell, who won the pole award last year, has started on the front row in both Michigan races with the Next Gen car. The Oklahoma native also finished second in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at Michigan during his 2017 championship season. (more…)
JR Motorsports has competed at Michigan International Speedway a combined 47 times in the NXS since its first trip there in 2006. In those starts at the 2-mile speedway, the organization has recorded two wins, 20 top-fives and 33 top-10s, with an average finish of 9.4.
