BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Ray Swinehart of Boyertown, Pa. was able to withstand the challenges of Jeff Strunk of Boyertown, Pa. and Brett Kressley of Orefield, Pa. in the closing stages of the 30-lap T.P.
