Even More Star Power Added to the SpeedTour All-Star Race

CHARLOTTE (July 15, 2024) – With just days until the green flag waves for the SpeedTour All-Star Race at Lime Rock Park, even more celebrities have been added to an already star-studded lineup. Parella Motorsports Holdings (PMH) has confirmed modified and NASCAR legend Geoff Bodine as the Grand Marshal for the event, while two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Al Unser Jr. will serve as the color commentator for the national TV broadcast that will air live on MAVTV and the SpeedTour TV YouTube Channel. In addition, Hailie Deegan has been confirmed to drive in the race, partnering with All-Star driver Ken Schrader in a Team SLR-M1 Racecars entry. (more…)

Trans Am Pros, Additional All Stars Confirmed for SpeedTour All-Star Race at Lime Rock Park

An unprecedented gathering of motorsports icons, the weekend will not only feature 19 pairings of racing legends with today’s Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli stars, but it will also celebrate the first IROC event in more than 20 years, as several original IROC competitors reunite with cars raced in the iconic series. Rain Makes Things Interesting for Final Day of Memorial Day Classic At Lime Rock

The final day of the Trans Am Memorial Day Classic was a testament to the unpredictable nature of racing and the resilience of its fans and participants. Heavy rain greeted the day and later bid it farewell, but in between, the sun broke through just in time for the 100-mile Trans Am TA/XGT/SGT/GT race, providing perfect conditions for a dramatic and thrilling event.
