Dylan Slepian Scores Third Riverhead Mod Win Of Season
It was wall to wall racing Saturday evening at Riverhead Raceway with nine feature events totaling 270-laps presented before another large turnout. When the dust settled on the 50-lap NASCAR Modified feature Dylan Slepian of Dix Hills sat in the winners circle for the third time this season while in the companion 100-lap Eagle Auto Mall Crate Modified event Michael Berner of Patchogue notched his second win of the season. NASCAR and Riverhead Raceway Announce Fall Race Format Change in Tribute to Eddie Partridge
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Aug. 30, 2022) – NASCAR and Riverhead Raceway today announced the September NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race will now be known as the Eddie Partridge 256 and will feature a format change in tribute to the late Eddie Partridge, the long-time Riverhead Raceway and team owner who passed away last year.
Justin Brown Rides The Outside To First Career NASCAR Modified Win At Riverhead Raceway Saturday
What a difference a week makes, just ask Justin Brown of Manorville. A week after being the first car out of The Bubba 150, Justin rebounded Saturday night scoring his first career NASCAR Modified victory in a 50-lap, non stop event before a standing room only crowd at Riverhead Raceway. Max Handley Takes Riverhead Raceway Crate Modified Victory Wednesday Night
Riverhead Raceway hosted the annual Back To School Monster Truck mid week spectacular Wednesday evening complete with six Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series feature events with Max Handley of Medford topping the list of race winners when he won the 25-lap Eagle Auto Mall Crate Modified event. Turbush Wins Bubba 150 Victory Saturday At Riverhead Raceway
When racing gives you lemons, you make lemonade. That is exactly what Chris Turbush of Wading River did Saturday night at Riverhead Raceway capturing his first career NASCAR Modified victory in spectacular fashion. Turbush was penalized earlier in the race for rough driving after contact with another competitor. Instead of throwing in the towel Turbush and his team pulled up their boot straps went to work and drove back to the front for the win. (more…)
Jason Agugliaro Returns To Riverhead Raceway NASCAR Modified Victory Lane Saturday After Six Year Absence
Entering the 2022 NASCAR Modified race season at Riverhead Raceway, Jason Agugliaro of Islip was working to put together his own race car but knew he’d get a very late start to his season. Enter car owner Joe Ambrose who had a seat available in his potent machine and Saturday night the new pairing found victory lane winning the 50-lap feature event. Dylan Slepian Takes Second Riverhead Raceway Modified Win Of 2022, 170 Cars Pack Pits
Despite being under the weather during the week, Dylan Slepian of Dix Hills felt just fine Saturday at Riverhead Raceway once strapped into his NASCAR Modified. He felt even better at the end of 50-laps after executing a late race outside pass of Jack Handley Jr. of Medford to score his second win of the season.

Owen Grennan And Sean Glennon Top Wednesday Night Miller Lite Triple Crown Series Events At Riverhead Raceway.
The work week was broken up for Long Island race fans with a special midweek program at Riverhead Raceway Wednesday evening with eight feature event presented including a School Bus Demolition Derby. Owen Grennan of Glen Cove topped the 40-lap Eagle Auto Mall Crate Modified event for his third win of 2022, while Sean Glennon of Northport scored his third Super Pro Truck win of the season in a 30-lap tilt. Both races were the second for each class in the Miller Lite Triple Crown Series and were originally schedule for July 16th before being rained out. (more…)
