The CW Network Announces Partnership with Joe Gibbs Racing

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (September 4th, 2024) – Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) announced today that incoming broadcast partner of the NASCAR Xfinity Series, The CW, will be partnering with drivers Sheldon Creed and Ty Gibbs to promote their upcoming slate of NASCAR Xfinity Series races in 2024.

The deal will kick off with a primary scheme on Sheldon Creed’s No. 18 Toyota GR Supra at the Focused Health 250 in Atlanta this upcoming Saturday, September 7th at 3:00 PM ET. Ty Gibbs will represent The CW the following weekend as his No. 54 Toyota Camry XSE will represent The CW colors on Sunday, September 15th at 3:00 PM ET in the Go Bowling at the Glen at Watkins Glen International.

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (Aug. 21, 2024) – After an eight-week summer hiatus on the Cube 3 Architecture TA2 Series schedule, TeamSLR makes a highly anticipated return to competition this weekend with drivers Barry Boes and Carson Kvapil ready to tackle the 3.4-mile, 11-turn Watkins Glen (N.Y.) International circuit during this weekend’s Mission Foods Watkins Glen SpeedTour.

It’s been highly anticipated because, despite the lengthy break in the points-paying national series schedule, TeamSLR and its M1 Racecars enjoyed shining moments on both coasts in the eight weeks since the series contested rounds seven and eight on back-to-back weekends June 22 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington and June 29 at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Anticipation Reigns as Silver Hare Racing Hits Watkins Glen

HIGH POINT, N.C. (Sept. 6, 2023) – Before there was racing at Watkins Glen (N.Y.) International, where the Big Machine Vodka Spiked Coolers TA2 Series will contest the 10th round of its 2023 season Sunday, there was the popular Watkins Glen Grand Prix that was contested from 1948 to 1952 on a challenging asphalt, concrete and dirt-road circuit in and around the nearby Village of Watkins Glen at the southern tip of Seneca Lake.
