Is he a deserving World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series champion?
For many, it seemed a foregone conclusion that David Gravel Racing would earn his maiden WoO championship in 2024. This was, after all, the season when five-time champion Brad Sweet left the series to join High Limit Racing.
Gravel, from Watertown, CT had been the championship runner-up in each of the previous three seasons.

The 2025 Dakar Rally will see Ford competing with an old friend — Carlos Sainz Sr. The ex-WRC and Dakar Rally champion will pilot the Ford Raptor in the T1+ category, and the duo are back together after a long break from the rallying days. Porsche race cars were a force to be reckoned with everywhere in professional sports car racing during the 2024 season. One for the record books, a Porsche car stood atop the podium in 50 different open competition races. Wins came from behind the wheel in the 963 prototype, the 911 GT3 R, and the 718 Porsche Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport at tracks across the country.

PICKERINGTON, Ohio — On Dec. 18, Senators James Risch (R-ID), Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), and Ted Budd (R-NC) introduced SB.5583 the Recreational Trails Program (RTP) Full Funding Act of 2024.
