STAMFORD, Conn. – Sept. 17, 2025 – NBC Sports’ big weekend of live motorsports action is headlined by three major events: NASCAR Cup Series opening Round of 12 race from New Hampshire Motor Speedway at 2 p.m. ET on USA Network; the SuperMotocross World Championship Finals this Saturday from The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway live on USA Network and Peacock at 10 p.m. ET; and IMSA’s TireRack.com Battle on the Bricks from Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Sunday on Peacock at 11:30 a.m. ET before transitioning to NBC and Peacock at 3 p.m. ET.

Wright Motorsports Returns to Indy as Defending Winners for Battle on the Bricks
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (September 17, 2025) – Wright Motorsports heads back to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway this weekend aiming to defend last year’s victory at the TireRack.com Battle on the Bricks. The No. 120 Porsche 911 GT3 R will be piloted by full-season duo Adam Adelson and Elliott Skeer, joined by Tom Sargent for the six-hour endurance round. Sunday’s Battle on the Brickyard stands as the second-to-last race of what has been a character-building season in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Two races remain in the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season, and they’re also both part of the five-race IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup. The first six hours of the 16 remaining hours of racing come with the second endurance edition of the TireRack.com Battle on the Bricks from the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
With all four WeatherTech Championship classes back in action, the grid expands to 53 cars, split into 12 Grand Touring Prototype (GTP) cars, 12 Le Mans Prototype 2 (LMP2) cars, 11 Grand Touring Daytona Pro (GTD PRO) cars and 18 Grand Touring Daytona (GTD) cars.
