CHARLOTTE (November 25, 2025) – The Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli is excited to announce a new sprint-race competition debuting in 2026, the TA Sprint Championship. Designed to provide racers with the opportunity to compete under the Trans Am Series banner in shorter races and with reduced entry fees, the TA Sprint Championship will consist of TA2-based cars that can currently compete in the Trans Am Series, as well as older TA2 cars running in the SCCA Club Racing GT2 class, and other club racing platforms.

DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (November 9, 2025) – The inaugural season of the HSR Classic Endurance Championship presented by Mission Foods came to a colorful and competitive conclusion Saturday and Sunday at Daytona International Speedway (DIS) with the successful 11th running of the HSR Daytona Classic 24 Hour presented by Mission Foods. Five full days of on-track action culminated with the HSR Daytona Classic 24-hour twice-around-the-clock race from Saturday at 2 p.m. until just before the same hour Sunday.

HSR Welcomes Ford as the 2026 Featured Marque of the HSR Daytona Classic 24 Hour presented by Mission Foods
DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (November 6, 2025) – Officials from Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) and Ford Racing announced today that Ford will be the Featured Marque of the 12th running of the HSR Daytona Classic 24 Hour presented by Mission Foods at Daytona International Speedway (DIS), November 11 – 15, 2026.
The first HSR Classic event, which debuted at the World Center of Racing in 2014, the HSR Daytona Classic 24 Hour is an annual tribute race to the Rolex 24 At Daytona. Ford has taken home 20 first-place trophies from the Rolex 24, including its first 24-hour victory in 1966 by Ken Miles and Lloyd Ruby in a Ford GT 40 Mk II in the first Daytona race to officially run the 24-hour distance.

The three-day IMSA-sanctioned test at Daytona International Speedway from November 14 through 16 will give a first glimpse at the 2026 WeatherTech Championship field.
