Bonus Bucks Galore During Food City 500 Weekend At Bristol With $100,000 Xfinity Dash For Cash And Triple Truck Challenge

BRISTOL, Tenn. (March 31, 2025) – A pair of big money bonus races will raise the stakes significantly for at least five drivers heading into racing action during the Food City 500 weekend, April 11-13.

NASCAR has posted hefty bonuses in the Xfinity Dash for Cash, which will offer a $100,000 payday to any one of the four top finishers from the recent Xfinity Series event in Martinsville, and the Triple Truck Challenge, which will pay $50,000 to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race winner.

MARTINSVILLE, Va.—During the week before Friday night’s Boys and Girls Club of the Blue Ridge 200 at Martinsville Speedway, Daniel Hemric practiced his back flip.

It was the signature move he had been able to use just once in NASCAR national series competition—when he won the 2021 season finale at Phoenix Raceway to clinch the NASCAR Xfinity Series championship.

NASCAR Truck Race At Martinsville A Landmark Event For Toyota

On Friday night, Toyota will mark its 500th race in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series in the Boys and Girls Club of the Blue Ridge 200 at Martinsville Speedway (7:30 p.m. ET on FS1, NRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).

In 499 previous races, Toyota drivers have claimed 236 combined victories, led by Kyle Busch with 56, Todd Bodine with 22 and Johnny Benson with 14.

Kyle Larson won the Cup race.  Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT came in ninth.   Joey Logano of Middletown, CT finished 14th.

Justin Allgaier won the Xfinity race.  Justin Bonsignore of Long Island, NY finished 16th.  Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT came in 18th while Kris Wright ended up 32nd.  Wright drives the entry owned by Cape Cod’s Chris Our and his daughter Mary who both reside in Chatham, MA.

Kyle Larson won the Camping World Truck event and Gia Ruggiero of Seekonk, MA ended up 29th.

NCTS Race Recap: Kyle Larson Starts His Bid At A Miami Sweep With A Thrilling Truck Series Victory

HOMESTEAD, Fla. – Kyle Larson made a dramatic run to the checkered flag, rallying from a late-race spinout to methodically race back through the field and pass the night’s most dominant trucks in the final 10 laps to claim victory in Friday’s Baptist Health 200 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

It was a fittingly remarkable end to a typically competitive night in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series. Larson spun his No. 07 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet with 45 laps remaining in the 134-lapper and dropped out of the top-20. But the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series champion drove back through the field and moved forward picking off one frontrunner after another.
