Luke Fenhaus To Make NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Debut With First-Year Hettinger Racing Team

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (Jan. 27, 2026) – Midwestern short-track star Luke Fenhaus will make his NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series debut in the Feb. 14 United Rentals 300 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway.

The 21-year-old racer from Wausau, Wisconsin, will drive the No. 5 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for Hettinger Racing, a team that is also making its O’Reilly Series debut at Daytona.

Joe Gibbs Racing Celebrating 35th Anniversary in 2026

A minimum of 25 races are on the calendar for Teddy Hodgdon for the 2026 short-track Modified racing season.

Hodgdon plans to compete full-time on the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour in search of the Rookie of the Year award in the familiar No. 55 entry, for all 16 events.

Anthony Alfredo Back With Beard Motorsports For the Daytona 500

Anthony Alfredo and Beard Motorsports will attempt the 2026 Daytona 500, the team announced Jan. 20.

Alfredo, from Ridgewood, CT, will pilot the No. 62 at Speedweeks for the third year in a row. He failed to qualify for the 2025 edition after making the show in 2024.

FOX Sports Opens 2026 NASCAR Season with The Cook Out Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium on FOX

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – FOX Sports kicks off its 26^th season of NASCAR coverage with The Cook Out Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, N.C., on Sunday, Feb. 1, beginning at 6:00 PM ET on FOX, FOX Deportes, FOX One and the FOX Sports app.

Mike Joy, FOX NASCAR’s play-by-play announcer since 2001, embarks on his 26^th season with the network alongside analysts Clint Bowyer, marking his sixth season in the FOX broadcast booth, and 2014 NASCAR Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick in his third year. Also returning to the FOX NASCAR broadcast crew are analyst Larry McReynolds, also entering his 26^th season at FOX, and veteran pit reporters Jamie Little (12^th season) and Regan Smith (ninth).

RFK Racing to Honor Greg Biffle Throughout 2026 Season

NASCAR and Kaulig Racing Join Tributes, Highlighted by Return of Biffle’s Iconic Stylized Numerals at Daytona

CONCORD, NC (January 22, 2026) – When RFK Racing’s cars roll onto the grid to open the 2026 season, they will do so honoring the legacy of Greg Biffle. Paying respect to a driver who helped build the organization, the team will begin a season-long tribute at the Cook Out Clash Feb. 1, followed by a special visual presentation during Daytona 500 activities Feb 11-15.

The remembrance begins at Bowman Gray Stadium as all RFK Racing cars will carry a circular memorial decal above the B-post during the Cook Out Clash. The artwork pays homage with the words, “The Biff 16, In Loving Memory of Greg Biffle.” As an enduring memorial, this artwork will adorn the RFK Racing cars in every race on the 2026 schedule.
