Hettinger Racing To Compete Fulltime in NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts SeriesMOORESVILLE, N.C. (Dec. 23, 2025) – Hettinger Racing will compete fulltime in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series in 2026.

Owned by second-generation racer Chris Hettinger, the team will field the No. 5 Ford Mustang Dark Horse and receive technical support from Ford Racing. Roush Yates Engines will be the team’s engine supplier.

Joseph Srigley of SI.Com reports that TRICON Garage has inked contract extensions with both Tanner Gray and Gio Ruggiero, which will see both drivers return to the championship-winning organization for the 2026 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series campaign.

Gray, whose long tenure competing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series has transformed him into a veteran-like presence, will return to the team for a seventh consecutive year, driving the No. 15 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro.
