(Stafford Springs, CT)—After a career best 8th place finish in the 2022 Street Stock standings at Stafford Speedway, Stamford, CT native Marvin Minkler endured a frustrating 2023 season with mechanical issues limiting him to 3 top-10 finishes and an 11th place finish in the standings. Barre, VT & Naples, ME — Officials with the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) announced today that Massachusetts law firm Eden Rafferty has signed on as a year-long contingency partner with the Street Stock division at Thompson Speedway in 2024. $2,000 will be awarded throughout the ten-race Street Stock season to the winner, runner-up and the ‘Lucky 7’ seventh-place finisher in each track championship event this season. How New England Cup Series Drivers Fared at the LA Coliseum
Denny Hamlin came home the winner at NASCAR’s first Cup race while Joey Logano of Middletown, CT had to settle for fourth while Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT ended his effort in 11th and Corey LaJoie placed 17th. Corey is the son of two-time Xfinity Champion Randy LaJoie who is a native of Norwalk, CT.
