Doug Coby Grabs Top-Five Finish in Ed Partridge 256 at Riverhead Raceway
RIVERHEAD, N.Y. – Saturday’s NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour visit to Riverhead Raceway ended with a top-five finish for Doug Coby.
Driving the Tommy Baldwin Racing No. 7NY, Coby qualified fourth for the Ed Partridge 256, and rode around the top-five for much of the night. With infield pitting a factor for the first time in the history of Whelen Modified Tour racing at Riverhead, the team completed a successful stop and Coby raced to a strong fourth-place finish.
Champions Crowned At Monadnock Speedway

Bryan Kruczek Wins Star Classic In Special Night At Star Speedway
EPPING, N.H. – Bryan Kruczek has made a habit out of winning at Star Speedway. But Friday’s checkered flag hit a bit differently.
The Newmarket, N.H., racer closed out the Granite State Pro Stock Series season at his team’s home track with a win in the Ty Cooper Land Holdings 100, celebrating his second win of the year on the birthday of car owner Bobby Webber’s late father.

Justin Bonsignore of Holtsville took the lead with 25-laps remaining in the Eddie Partridge 256 Saturday night and drove off his his ninth career NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour victory. The win is the second in as many WMT races in the month of September for Bonsignore who won the September 3rd event at the Oswego Speedway and the late season hot streak has entrenched Justin into the tussle for the 2022 WMT drivers championship. Preece Captures Thompson Speedway Open
THOMPSON, Conn. – Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park returned to oval track racing on Wednesday, September 14 and it was a familiar face in Victory Lane when the night was over. NASCAR National Series standout and former track champion Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT returned to Connecticut in his own No. 40 Modified and pulled away from the field in the final laps to score the $5,000 prize in the Tripoint Showdown 75.

Veteran Corporate Sales Leader Joins New Hampshire Motor Speedway Team
LOUDON, N.H. – New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) has added a veteran corporate sales leader to its growing team in advance of the upcoming 2023 season.
Rob Lofland, vice president of corporate partnerships at Dover (Del.) Motor Speedway (DMS), a fellow Speedway Motorsports facility, will add NHMS to his portfolio, including oversight of corporate partnership efforts, client management and partner retention. He will also be focused on bringing additional events to the facility on an annual basis.
