WALPOLE, N.H. – The 14th season of the GSPSS (Granite State Pro Stock Series) draws to a close this weekend as part of one of New Hampshire’s most storied race weekends.
Lee USA Speedway once again welcomes the GSPSS to its own season finale celebration, headlining the third and final day of Russ Conway’s Oktoberfest.
Barre, VT – While the Maplefields/Irving Late Models are center stage all weekend long in both qualifying and contesting the Toughest Short Track Stock Car Race in North America, there is plenty of other action throughout the annual end-of-season spectacular at Thunder Road. Alongside the Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tigers, rk Miles Street Stocks and Burnett Scrap Metals Road Warriors that call the Nation’s Site of Excitement home all year round, three additional ‘outsider’ divisions will join in for one of New England’s greatest racing spectacle this Saturday and Sunday.

This weekend brings the 63rd running of the Vermont Milk Bowl presented by Northfield Savings Bank to Thunder Road International Speedbowl with drivers from across New England and Quebec set to make the drive for an over $12,000 grand prize and the once-in-a-lifetime chance to plant a kiss on Vermont’s finest Ayrshire dairy cow!
Wiscasset Speedway closed out their 2025 points season on Saturday by hosting their Group 2 season finale, which featured the Dale’s Cash Fuel Roadrunners, Wood Pellet Warehouse Late Models, the weekly T&L Automotive Modifieds, visiting New England Pro 4 Modifieds and the biggest Strictly Street race of the season: the 13th Annual Strictly Shootout, presented by Thayer’s Automotive.
Corey LaJoie (originally of Norwalk, CT) will drive Spire Motorsports’ No. 77 Gainbridge Chevrolet Silverado in Friday’s EcoSave 250 on the ROVAL at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Chase Elliott won the Cup Series race at Kansas. Joey Logano of Middletown, CT finished 21st, with Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT coming in 26th.
It was a busy Championship Sunday at Riverhead Raceway with nine feature events clicked off under sun splashed skies. Jarrod Hayes of Calverton won his third Street Stock event of 2025, while Ryan Zukowski of Riverhead collected his second Mini Stock victory in convincing fashion.

VALLÉE-JONCTION, QUE. – In one form or another, the Granite State Pro Stock Series’ (GSPSS) maiden voyage to Quebec was going to make series history.
But hometown hero Alexendre “Fireball” Tardif made the most of history in Saturday’s Centre Lavertu Honda 150, becoming the first Quebecer to win a GSPSS event in the series’ first-ever event at Autodrome Chaudière.
