(Stafford Springs, CT)—After losing out on the 2020 Limited Late Model championship by virtue of a tie-breaker, Alexandra Fearn entered the 2021 Limited Late Model season at Stafford Speedway with some extra motivation. That motivation, combined with a good car and crew, helped guide Fearn to a season opening victory that she followed up with 5 more wins to propel her and the #12 Broad Brook Brewing / SAFCO Foam team to her very first track championship at Stafford.

Milton CAT to Present ACT Midsummer Classic 250 in 2022
Waterbury, VT & North Woodstock, NH — The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) has announced an agreement with Milton CAT for them to sponsor the Midsummer Classic 250 at North Woodstock, NH’s White Mountain Motorsports Park. The equipment and power systems dealer will present the fifth edition of the $10,000-to-win ACT Late Model Tour event on July 30, 2022.

JB Fortin Nails Late Race Restart For East-West Marine Supply Islip 300 Victory Sunday At Riverhead
If one of many on-line gambling sites were to list odds for the 5th annual East-West Marine Supply Islip 300 at Riverhead Raceway, JB Fortin’s name may have been somewhere in the middle of favorites to score the win. Sunday Fortin, 27 bet on himself during a late restart, making an impressive move to wrestle the lead away from Ryan Preece of Berlin, Ct. Fortin would survive two more restarts to score what some consider an upset win. The 300 was run one day later than scheduled due to severe weather Saturday that included a tornado to the southwest of the track. (more…)
NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Joins World Series Saturday at Thompson
Waterbury, VT and Naples, ME — The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (NWMT) and Modified Racing Series (MRS) will be part of the 60th Sunoco World Series of Speedway Racing at Connecticut’s Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park. The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) have officially announced the additions of both series, which join the Outlaw Open Modified Series Thompson 300 as part a Tour-type Modified tripleheader at the 2022 edition of the annual racing festival.
Frank L’Etoile, Jr. Secures Third Career Stafford Speedway Street Stock Track Championship
(Stafford Springs, CT)—After a season long duel between himself and Chris Meyer, Frank L’Etoile, Jr. used a 6th place finish in the NAPA Championship Night Street Stock feature event to become the 2021 Street Stock champion at Stafford Speedway. The championship is the third Street Stock championship of L’Etoile’s career at Stafford, joining the titles he won in 2014 and 2015.
Parker Kligerman Savagely Reacts After Being Dealt Another Blow With Updated Driver Rankings

Oxford 250 Winner Returning to Snowball Derby
Cassius Clark has raced just twice in 2021 and won both times, with one of those being the biggest win of his career in the Oxford 250 back in August. He now has a third race scheduled on the first weekend in December with a chance at history. (more…)
PASS Announces 2022 Schedules
The Pro All Stars Series has announced the schedules for the 2022 season. Twenty races are on the schedule with notable events including the 17th annual trip to Hickory Motor Speedway to kick start the season for national points with twin EASTER BUNNY 150s, as well as another trip to the Magic Mile in April for the 2nd annual NORTHEAST CLASSIC.
