The NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series competitors have one more week to prepare before heading to Homestead-Miami Speedway for the second race of the Round of 8 on Saturday, October 26 at 12 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM Radio.
As Homestead-Miami Speedway looms closer, the pressure to advance to the coveted Championship 4 Round increases. A win at the 1.5-mile oval by a Playoff contender would guarantee their spot in the next round.
HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (October 16, 2024) – Joe Gibbs Racing announced today that Taylor Gray will drive the team’s No. 54 Toyota GR Supra fulltime in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2025. Gray, who currently races in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, has competed part-time for the JGR Xfinity Series team this season.
The 19-year-old New Mexico native has enjoyed success at every stage of his young career. This season, Gray has earned a pair of top-five finishes in the Xfinity Series, including an eye-opening third-place result in his debut at Richmond Raceway in March. In the Truck Series, he qualified for the playoffs in his first full season on the strength of seven top-five finishes and 11 top-10s so far. Gray also enjoyed success in the ARCA Menards Series with nine total victories across the series’ three platforms – national, east, and west. (more…)
TEMPERANCE, Mich. — The ARCA Menards Series has announced a television broadcast agreement extension with FS1 and FS2 that features a full season of live television coverage in 2025. Additionally, as part of the new agreement, the 2025 ARCA Menards Series season-opener at Daytona International Speedway will air live on FOX, marking the first time in series history a race has aired on broadcast television.
The relationship, which began with Speedvision in 1999, is now extended through at least 2028. (more…)

Barre, VT — After announcing the return of a true ACT Flying Tiger Tour last November, the 2024 Flying Tiger Tri-State Series comes to an end at Oxford Plains Speedway this Saturday, October 19. After starting off the season twenty-nine strong at North Woodstock, New Hampshire’s White Mountain Motorsports Park back in May and battling in the Cody Chevrolet-Cadillac 100 at Barre, Vermont’s Thunder Road Int’l Speedbowl in August, the Vacationland 75 is calling teams over from the Twin State area to take on the 3/8-mile Maine oval and wrap up the 2024 season in a fun way! Category 3 Hurricane Milton hit Florida last Wednesday, October 9. Freedom Factory racetrack owner and YouTuber Cleetus McFarland drove his Ford Raptor pickup truck to assess the damages, and what he found wasn’t pretty. The worst thing he saw was at the connecting Bradenton Motorsports Park, which had its huge stands hurled smack in the middle of the drag strip.
As soon as Cleetus entered the Freedom Factory gates, he saw moderate damage here and there, but nothing too bad. However, after glancing at the nearby Bradenton Motorsports Park and seeing the heavy, metallic stands thrown onto the middle of the drag strip, he immediately evaluated the damages at around $100,000. Last year saw NASCAR‘s oldest division visit North Wilkesboro for the first time in its long, prestigious history. A field of 38 cars showed up to take the green flag, with veteran Matt Hirschman bringing home the victory over the championship frontrunners in Ron Silk and Justin Bonsignore. (more…)

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (Oct. 16, 2024) – JR Motorsports announced today that Roto-Rooter, a leading innovator in the plumbing and drain cleaning industry, will return to the organization as primary partner for both Connor Zilisch and the No. 88 Chevrolet, and Carson Kvapil and the No. 1 Chevrolet for two races each during the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series season.
