Four rising talents join the path of current F1 stars Max Verstappen, Carlos Sainz Jr. and Daniel Ricciardo with the Red Bull Junior Driver development programme.

The latest edition of Red Bull Driver Search set out to scout for the next generation drivers to join the team this August in Jerez, Spain. The 11 invited candidates aged between 13-16 years old came from the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Lebanon and Mexico. (more…)

The most popular driver and entry from May’s Indianapolis 500 will return in 2025 and take another shot at winning ‘The Greatest Spectacle In Racing’ with an entry for Kyle Larson from Arrow McLaren/Hendrick Motorsports as part of their second attempt to do ‘The Double.’

The NASCAR Cup champion starred all month in his rookie appearance at the 500 in the No. 17 Chevy and was only limited by errors due to his inexperience in an IndyCar, and a downpour that delayed the race and derailed his plans to contest the 600-mile NASCAR race immediately after the 500 in Charlotte. Tom Carey III Takes ‘the Brookside Ride’ to $5,000 Back to School Bash Victory

Thompson, CT — The Street Stocks got Sunday’s Back to School Bash at Thompson Speedway off to a rip-roaring start with polesitter Austin Flanagan quickly losing the lead under the green flag with an ill-handling machine. Flanagan’s fumble gave Ryan Waterman open range at the front of the pack as Al Stone III and Corey Fanning attempted to reel him in during their 20-lap feature. The lone caution flag flew just before the halfway point as Mike Viens went into the spin cycle in turn one. Although his early lead evaporated in an instant, Ryan Waterman again powered through on the restart to lead the Street Stocks under the checkered flag with Al Stone III and Corey Fanning joining the podium. Justin Bonsignore Looks For Third Straight Ed Partridge 256 Win at Riverhead

Justin Bonsignore is heading for the final five NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour races at the top of the championship standings. The chase for his fourth championship continues this Saturday night, September 14, as the Whelen Modified Tour rolls to Riverhead Raceway for the Ed Partridge 256.

In honor of the late Partridge, who operated the track for many years, the Whelen Modified Tour runs this special event each September, with extra laps, and a special pit road set up in the infield for pit stops. In the two-year history of the race, Bonsignore went to Victory Lane both times. The New York native has 11 career Riverhead Raceway Tour wins, tied with Mike Ewanitsko for the most all-time. Bonsignore leads all active drivers in the category.

The Go Bowling at The Glen Sunday at Watkins Glen (N.Y.) International is the fourth of five road-course races on the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series schedule. Noah Gragson, driver of the No. 10 Bed Bath & Beyond Ford Mustang Dark Horse for Stewart-Haas Racing, finished 34th in the series’ first road-course race of the year March 24 at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas. He then placed 26th in the series’ second road-course stop June 9 at Sonoma (Calif.) Raceway. In his most recent road-course start on the streets of downtown Chicago for the July 7 Grant Park 165, Gragson finished 14th.
