Sunday’s Cup race on the streets of Chicago was hectic and interrupted with weather, but exciting nonetheless. There were red flags for rain and even rain puddles; apprehension about which tires to use; several slams into banks of old tires; predicted winners finishing at the back of the pack; and a joyful surprise winner.
