Long touted as “the best party in racing”, Saturday evening March 29th, 2025, the tradition continues as the Suffolk Association of Figure Eight Racing hosts their 2024 Championship Awards Dinner at the Moose Lodge of Mount Sinai. The evening will culminate when 2024 S.A.F.E.R. driving champion Scott Pedersen of Shirley is presented the Tom Kraft Memorial S.A.F.E.R. Cup presented by Northeastern Office Equipment.
Sprint Cars Make Exciting Return to Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway – Saturday, July 29th
(Nashville, TN) For the first time in almost 20 years, Non-Wing Sprint Cars return to the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway when the 500 Sprint Car Tour makes their first appearance on Saturday, July 29 for the Pro Door Manufacturing 40. Two Free To The Public Riverhead Raceway Practice Days Announced For April 22nd & April 29th
Baseball fans have spring training to look forward to during a long off season, but if you are a race fan on Long Island you very much look forward to the two practice days at Riverhead Raceway signaling another exciting race season is right around the corner. Today track officials announced Saturday April 22nd and Saturday April 29th as the two practice days with the tradition of free grandstand admission remaining in place for eager race fans. Also, track owners Connie Partridge and Tom Gatz revealed the Enduro Opening Day program has been moved up one week to Sunday April 30th starting the new race season a week earlier.
