Winchester, Ind. – A total of 26 drivers are officially entered for the 54th running of the Winchester 400 presented by Vore’s Welding and Steel, set for this Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Winchester Speedway. The crown jewel event, sanctioned by the Appalachian Sucker Punch ASA STARS National Tour, will once again feature some of short track racing’s biggest names, rising stars, and national champions all chasing one of the most coveted victories in asphalt short track racing.

SMX Next World All-Stars Playoff 1 Available on YouTube

The first Playoff race of the SMX Next World All-Stars has been completed inside The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, where rising Australian prospect Kayden Minear dominated every lap of the 8 Minute + 1 Lap moto to capture his second SMX Next victory, following a triumph at the SMX Next – Scouting Moto Combine at Hangtown. Coverage of the race is now available in its entirety on the SuperMotocross YouTube channel, featuring commentary from the SMX broadcast team of host Jason Weigandt, analysts Ricky Carmichael and James Stewart, and trackside reporter Jason Thomas.

SMX Next World All-Stars to Contest Doubleheader in St. Louis

Back-to-Back Days of Racing Will See Top Prospects Compete for Victory on Friday & Saturday, with SMX Next World Championship No. 1 Plate Up for Grabs

Following the postponement of the opening SMX Next World All-Stars race this past weekend in Concord, North Carolina, the elite athletes that comprise the field of prospects contesting the postseason will travel to St. Louis for an action-packed weekend inside The Dome at America’s Center. A two-day doubleheader has been announced for the World All-Stars, with the Playoff 1 race scheduled for this Friday, September 12, followed by the second, championship-deciding Playoff 2 race on Saturday, September 13, run in conjunction with SMX World Championship Playoff 2. The pair of races will determine which athlete will emerge with the SMX Next World Championship No. 1 Plate. Timed qualifying sessions will be held on both Friday and Saturday to set the field for each respective Playoff race.

CONCORD, N.C. (September 5, 2025) – The SMX League has announced the field of prospects that will comprise the SMX Next World All-Stars for the 2025 season, where a championship will be on the line for the sport’s most promising young athletes. A pair of World All-Stars races will be contested in the journey to crown the first SMX Next World Champion, with Playoff 1 on September 6 from zMax Dragway in Concord, North Carolina, and the Final on September 13 from The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, both of which will be run as part of the SMX World Championship Playoffs.
