Thompson, CT — While Saturday’s Icebreaker festivities opened the New England racing season, the Tour-type Modifieds are going to have to wait one more week. With every weather forecasting outlet accessible to officials showing rain tomorrow afternoon, the decision has made to postpone Sunday’s Icebreaker 125 schedule to next Saturday, April 9.

After years of performing various duties at Connecticut’s Stafford Speedway and New London-Waterford Speedbowl, New York’s Riverhead Raceway, Lee USA Speedway, the Modified Racing Series and the INEX Legends National Championship series, Tapley joined the Thunder Road operational staff last season. ACT and Autodrome Montmagny Finalize Nearly $55,000 CAN-AM 200 Purse

Barre, VT — The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Autodrome Montmagny have finalized a $54,986 USD purse and pay-out structure for the CAN-AM 200 on Saturday, August 20. The purse includes pay-out, contingencies and point fund contributions and will be paid in US currency. As stated previously, the grand return of ACT to the Montmagny circuit will pay $10,000 to the winner with a guaranteed $700 to start in the 200-lap extravaganza.

March 18th Deadline Approaching For Full Season Entry Forms for ACT Tour

Barre, VT — The March 18th deadline for ACT Late Model Tour drivers and teams ready to tackle the full, 13-race 2022 schedule is fast approaching. The longer teams hold off, the sooner that $300 discount is gone as the full season entry shoots from the discounted $700 to $1,000. Several teams, including New Hampshire’s Jimmy Renfew Jr., have already filed and are entered in all events that make up the 31st year of ACT Late Model Tour action.
