PHOENIX — From Christopher Bell’s remarkable third consecutive win of 2025 to the successful season debut of the option tire and a historic start for Katherine Legge—who became only the eighth woman to compete in NASCAR’s top level in more than 50 years—last weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Phoenix Raceway was a pivotal early-season highlight.
And the reviews are positive.
Declan Wayman of TobyChristie reports that Bill McAnally Racing has announced the driver lineup for the No. 19 Chevrolet SS for the remainder of the 2025 ARCA Menards Series West season. Jake Bollman will drive at all the remaining oval races, while current NASCAR Xfinity Series rookie Christian Eckes will take the wheel at two road courses.
Bollman’s schedule will consist of nine races at Phoenix Raceway (March 7), Tuscon Speedway (April 5), Colorado National Speedway (May 24), the second trip to Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway (June 14), Tri-City Speedway (August 9), All American Speedway (September 13), Madera Speedway (September 27), The Bullring at Las Vegas (October 10), and capping hit off in the season-finale at Phoenix Raceway (November 1). Al Unser Jr. Joins as Honorary Pace Car Driver
MONTEREY, Calif., January 31, 2025—NASCAR legends Jeff Gordon, Mark Martin, Bill Elliott, Ken Schrader and Bobby Labonte will join Danny Sullivan and Scott Pruett to compete in the IROC race group during the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion August 13-16 at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.
As reported by Nick Geddes of ON3, Bill Weber, the former “NASCAR on TNT” broadcaster, passed away Dec. 13, 2024, the National Motorsports Press Association announced Monday.
He was 67.
For four drivers – Ryan Blaney, Joey Logano, Tyler Reddick and William Byron – an entire season’s worth of work will come down to this weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway this Sunday, Nov. 10 at 3 p.m. ET on NBC, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Channel 90).
Outperforming the rest of the Playoff field through the previous nine weeks of the postseason, has landed these four elite competitors into the series’ Championship 4 Round vying for the title this weekend.
