CONCORD, N.C. (May 7, 2021) – Superstar Racing Experience (SRX) and Speed51.com have formed a partnership ahead of SRX’s inaugural season with Speed51.com serving as the series’ short-track content marketing partner for the 2021 season. SRX is a six-race short-track series airing this summer on Saturday nights in primetime on CBS. It features drivers from an array of motorsports backgrounds competing in identically prepared racecars on a variety of tracks.
The Next Gen car is a collaboration of the brightest engineering minds in racing, with contributions coming from all sides of the NASCAR and automotive industries. The design of the Next Gen car gives the drivers greater control while putting an emphasis back on race strategies, team personnel and vehicle setups. While wind tunnels and computer simulations play an important role in racing, we want the competition to remain focused on the racetrack.
Wednesday, April 28, 2021 — Charlotte Christian School senior Bryson Byrnes was presented the Fifth-Annual Steve Byrnes Memorial Broadcasting Award today. The award, in honor of late FOX Sports broadcaster Steve Byrnes, is given annually to a Charlotte Christian graduating senior interested in pursuing a career in broadcasting.

In a wild, pitched battle for the win, Keselowski got a huge push from Michael McDowell and Kevin Harvick to eke out his 6th Talladega win over Matt DiBenedetto. DiBenedetto (P5) once again came up just short for his first ever Cup win after leading 28 laps and “winning” Stage 1.
