Chase Briscoe comes into the Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway 11th among the 16 drivers in the NASCAR Playoffs. Only the top-12 drivers in points after Bristol advance to the next playoff round, and Briscoe sits just one spot above the playoff bubble with a six-point advantage over 13th-place Denny Hamlin.
