Lancaster, NY – (October 11, 2024) – Lancaster (NY) Motorplex and Race of Champions management have agreed to cancel the 35th Annual Tribute to Tommy Druar & Tony Jankowiak for the Race of Champions Modified Series at Lancaster for Sunday, October 13.
The Race of Champions Modified Series was set to compete in the event on Sunday, October 13, however a forecast that shows inclement weather over an extended period of time in the Western New York region forced the cancelation of the event.

Lancaster N.Y. – (October 7, 2024) – The Race of Champions Modified Series will make its second and final visit of the season to Lancaster (N.Y.) Motorplex this coming Sunday, October 13 for the rescheduled 35th Annual Tribute to Tommy Druar and Tony Jankowiak.
The Race of Champions Modified Series feature will compete in a 110-lap race with the ability to change one tire during the race. It will be the final race of the season, Zane Zeiner of Bath, PA, is seeking his second consecutive Series championship in a competitive season.

Perry, NY – (October 7, 2024) – Joe Evans of Holland, NY, started 9th, patiently worked his way through the field, took the lead late in the 75-lap feature and went on to win the Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series portion of the traditional “Fall Shootout” at Wyoming County International Speedway “The Bullring” in Perry, NY, this past Saturday.
It was Evans first Series victory and it made him the 9th different winner for the 2024 season.
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., (September 7, 2024) – Wright Motorsports made their triumphant return to victory lane on Saturday evening, clinching the Indianapolis 8 Hour race win and securing the GT World Challenge PRO championship. Drivers Adam Adelson, Elliott Skeer, and Laurin Heinrich delivered a near-flawless performance in the No. 120 Porsche 911 GT3 R, earning the first championship title for full-season drivers Adelson and Skeer in dramatic style. The GT World Challenge race victory was the second endurance win in a row for the Wright team.
