The event honors Rod Spalding, a respected Modified driver who received the Sportsmanship of the Year award at Shangri-La Speedway in Tioga, N.Y., before suffering serious injuries at Orange County Speedway in Rougemont, N.C. His legacy lives on through the work of the Spalding Foundation for Injured Drivers, which continues to support racers throughout the region.
Ohsweken, Ontario – (July 28, 2025) – The Race of Champions Dirt 602 Sportsman Modified Series will make its long-awaited return to the world-class Ohsweken Speedway in Ontario, Canada, this Friday, August 1, for the second race of its 2025 season.
