With a proven track record and fan-favorite drivers at the helm, the team is coming back to the South of England with eyes on the podium—and continuing a lineage that helped shape rally history.
CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA — Trackhouse Racing’s founder and owner Justin Marks will drive the team’s No. 87 Red Bull Chevrolet NASCAR Cup Series entry at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed July 10-13.
The annual motorsport event held at Goodwood House in West Sussex, England, celebrates car culture. It displays a wide array of vehicles, from vintage classics to modern supercars, Formula 1 machines, and innovative prototypes. NASCAR has taken an increased role in recent years, with a variety of drivers, cars and teams making the trek across the Atlantic Ocean.
The next Mt. Washington New Hampshire Hillclimb for race cars, known as the Climb to the Clouds, is scheduled for August 8-10, 2025, according to Facebook posts. The event will take place over three days, with practice runs on Friday and Saturday morning, according to the Mt. Washington Auto Road. The main race will likely be held on Saturday, with a possible rain date on Sunday.
Commissioned by Thomas Jefferson to explore the Great Plains, Lt. Zebulon Pike first saw Pikes Peak from the eastern portion of today’s Colorado in 1806. As he approached the magnificent peak, rising abruptly from the plains, Pike swore this mountain would never be climbed by man.
By the mid-20th century Pikes Peak had been conquered by tourists from all over the world – by car, motorcycle, bicycle, train, mule, horse, and on foot. The spectacular view from the summit inspired Katherine Lee Bates to compose the famous lyrics to America the Beautiful in 1893. (more…)
Legendary drivers to compete in iconic GT3 racers
Buckle up. A total of 20 GT3 racers from 2006-2012 will be showcasing their power in a high-stakes Shootout at Members’ Meeting next April, featuring eight legendary drivers.
